Milk for Cheese Making in Mudgee #3

For one reason or another getting fresh milk has been a bit troubled lately, hence the cheese making slowdown. Buts it’s all sorted now and we are back in action.

Emma from the Little Big Dairy Co has come to the rescue and organised with Aaron of the Market St Cafe in Mudgee for milk to be delivered there for me. Cheers Emma and Aaron!!
